Maria Dikova is the administrative leader of the Norwegian centre of excellence Integreat and works closely with the centre leaders on all aspects of centre related activities, policy, strategic planning, development, growth, and sustainability, whilst enabling the administrative service, resource, advice and information required for the centre's effective operation and growth.

Previously Maria has worked as the administrative leader of the Centre for Integrity in the Defence Sector at the Norwegian Ministry of Defence, and more recently, Nordic Centre of Excellence Quality in Nordic Teaching at the University of Oslo.
