Raising awareness workshop: Understanding bias and building inclusive cultures

Celebrate Pride month by attending this workshop as a part of Integreat's ongoing work on inclusiveness, equality and diversity.

Description

Bias towards other identities can be a factor that causes culturally issues in the workplace and can result in people feeling excluded and unable to particulate and thrive. Join this workshop to broaden your understanding of bias (both conscious and unconscious), where it comes from and how it manifests in the workplace. The workshop will cover the topics of identity mapping at Integreat, understanding bias, and building inclusive cultures. The programme will include some personal reflective exercises as well as opportunities for group discussion. We will use this increased understanding and learn some tips for building inclusive workplace cultures. There will be time for open Q&A and opportunity for any follow-up with the trainer.
